The site is very large, but nonetheless it is secluded. No nearby properties have a direct or near view of the site from front or rear of their properties. The farmer would continue to graze the land with sheep once a solar farm is installed. Construction will be undertaken in 2020 and electricity will be sold to a local utility under a Power Purchase Agreement (PPA).
