Status: Operational

The solar farm produces 13 million hours of renewable electricity each year. The site was selected as the landscape is very low lying, and the fields are mostly hidden behind existing hedges. Land grade is low. Planning permission was granted in November 2014. Construction and commissioning completed in Q1 2017. The solar farm has been operating successfully since then.
